We are a lifestyle and operational management firm for people whose time is their most valuable asset — founders, executives, and families whose lives have outgrown what an assistant or an app can hold. We take on the operational weight of a full life so the people we work with can spend their attention where it actually matters.

The best support is invisible
When life infrastructure is working, you don't notice it. The trip is simply booked. The house simply runs. The problem was simply handled, often before you knew it existed. That invisibility is the standard we work to — not a flurry of activity, but the quiet absence of friction.
Judgment is the job
Anyone can complete a task. The value is in knowing which task matters, which vendor to trust, when to act without asking, and when to bring something to you. That judgment only comes from experience and from genuinely understanding how a particular person operates — which is why we work with a small number of clients, deeply, rather than many at arm's length.
Discretion is not optional
We work inside people's homes, calendars, and private lives. Everything we see stays with us. Confidence and discretion are the foundation the entire relationship is built on, and we treat them accordingly.began as a passion project has evolved into something more. Founder’s Note
Sable Calder grew out of nearly two decades spent managing the lives and operations of high-net-worth families and executives — including work supporting senior principals through some of the most demanding periods of their professional lives. Over that time, one thing became clear: the people who appear to have it all handled are not doing it alone. They have someone who holds the whole picture.
Sable Calder exists to be that someone, built into a firm — so that the standard doesn't depend on any single person's availability, and the quality of support can outlast and out-scale a single desk.

How we work
Sable Calder is not a call centre, a membership, or an app. It is a small, senior team that learns how you live and then quietly runs the machinery around you — business operations, household, travel, hiring, vendors, events, and the endless administration of a full life.
Each client is supported by people who know their preferences, their standards, and their history, so that over time less needs to be explained and more can simply be handled. We keep our roster deliberately limited, including no more than five premium engagements at any time, because the depth of service we offer cannot be mass-produced.
We work by introduction and enquiry. It is how we keep the standard high and the fit right — for our clients and for us.
